To determine whether a job or occupation falls under the list of arduous, hazardous, and dangerous jobs and occupations, businesses must refer to the job or occupation title listed in the catalog issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA).
When determining if a job falls into the arduous and hazardous category, the business or production facility should check if the job or occupation title matches the job title specified in the list of legal documents and the characteristics of the corresponding arduous and hazardous working conditions.
2. Basis for Identifying Individuals in Arduous and Hazardous Occupations
The identification of individuals engaged in arduous, hazardous, and dangerous or especially arduous, hazardous, and dangerous occupations is based on the latest List of Arduous, Hazardous, and Dangerous Occupations issued by MOLISA. This includes the job title and a description of the working conditions in the list of arduous, hazardous, and dangerous jobs and occupations.
