Most regular protective clothing only have sizes from 80kg and height of 1m8 or less. Similarly, sizes XXL gradually decrease to XS.
At Thien Bang garment factory, the process by which customers choose oversized sizes is as follows:
Material:
− Prioritize materials with elasticity and breathability such as cotton blends, polyester fabrics or technical fabrics that are water- and dust-proof.
− Fabric material that is soft and has good moisture absorption will help the wearer feel more comfortable during work.
Style:
− Choose clothes with simple designs, avoid many complicated details that can easily hinder the working process.
− Shirts should have spacious shoulders and chest, pants should have elastic waistbands or adjustable drawstrings to easily adapt to the waist.
Note: for custom orders, the sewing condition will be a minimum of 50 sets of products.
− The wearer should try on clothes to make sure they fit well, are comfortable, and do not cause discomfort.
− Make sure details such as zippers, buttons, and zippers work well and are easy to use.

How to calculate protective clothing size based on BMI: BMI = (weight)/(height x 2)
(In which, height is in m and weight is in kg). The result is: 18 ~ 24.9 is normal, Smaller will be skinny and vice versa.
