- When properly fitted, it can be used in a variety of environments such as: welding, cutting, casting, metalworking, soldering, and work with exposure to lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA. For environments with concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) for half-face masks and 50 times for full-face masks.
- Also protects against inorganic vapors below the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL).
- Vapor concentrations do not exceed OSHA's Permissible Exposure Limit or other government-imposed occupational exposure limits. Do not use the mask in environments with high inorganic vapors or environments that are immediately dangerous to health or life (IDLH).
