Shipping policy
In order to bring convenience and cost savings to customers when shopping at FITECH VIETNAM, the company applies the following shipping policy for customers:
– Free delivery within Hanoi city for products valued over 10,000,000 VND.
– Free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City for products worth more than 15,000,000 VND.
– Delivery time: within 24 hours to 7 days, Depending on the customer's location in the inner city or provincial or district lines, However, during peak times (holidays, Tet, promotions, etc. ), we will negotiate a delivery time for you.
– Other provinces will charge delivery fees depending on the number of kilometers in that locality.
Note:
+ Delivery time: from 1-7 days.
+ For fragile and fragile products, the product weight will be calculated after packing.
- In case TTC Vietnam does not deliver the goods on time, Party B will pay Party A a penalty of 0.2% of the contract value for each day of delay. The total penalty amount shall not exceed 5% of the contract value.
- In case TTC Vietnam does not deliver the goods within 7 days from the specified deadline without a valid reason sent to the customer, the customer has the right to terminate the contract with TTC Vietnam and TTC Vietnam must pay the customer any costs arising from the termination of the contract.
- If Party B delivers goods that do not meet the quality and specifications specified in this contract, Party A has the right to refuse to receive the goods. Party B must deliver another batch of goods in accordance with the specified quality and specifications,
- TTC Vietnam commits to maintain the signed unit price in case the selling price increases at the time of delivery and throughout the contract implementation process.
Some other regulations:
- When purchasing, customers please fill in all the necessary information as required to facilitate the transaction.
- In some sensitive cases: the order value is too large, the delivery address is unclear, located in an alley or may lead to danger, we may refuse to deliver directly, we hope you understand.
- Please check the goods carefully when receiving them from the delivery staff, if there is any damage, scratches, breakage, dents, wrong goods, ... after the delivery staff leaves, we are not responsible.
